Using The Recordings Dashboard

You can use Call Recordings Dashboard to find yours or recordings from other agents.
How to use the dashboard:
- Select the date range in date selector
- Type the search term (Agent name, phone number, Business name, disposition)
- Click on play button when you find the recording you want to listen to

1. Date Selector
Click on the date selector, then click on the start and end date of your selection (i.e. May 12 – May 14) then click ‘APPLY’
Note: for selecting only one date, click that date twice. 
2. Using Search Box
You can type Agent name, phone number, Business name or disposition in the search box. You can combine them to find specific calls (i.e. ‘Leah APPT’ would show you all the appointments Leah made)
3. Playing the recording
When you find the recording you want to play, click the play button and it will open in the new window. You can control the speed of the recordings or download them by clocking the dots on the right.
