    The Referrizer demo is a 30-minute interactive session where we show potential clients how Referrizer can help their business grow.
    The demo also includes a 15-minute Q&A to address any specific questions they may have.
    They’ll see how the platform works, how it can boost referrals, reviews, and retention, and why it’s the right tool for them.

2. What We Cover in the Demo

  • Referral Program:
    • We show how Referrizer can turn existing clients into referrers to bring in new clients.
    • Businesses can reward clients for referrals with automated incentives.
  • Reputation Management:
    • Demonstrating how Referrizer automates collecting positive reviews and filters out the negative ones, improving their online reputation automatically.
  • Marketing Automation:
    • We show how Referrizer can set up automated email, SMS, and loyalty campaigns to keep their clients engaged.
    • The campaigns help businesses increase sales and retention.
  • Customer Communication:
    • Referrizer enables easy communication with clients via text, email, and chat to send reminders, offers, and more.
  • Interactive Demo:
    • We walk them through the Referrizer dashboard and show how to run campaigns, collect reviews, and track performance.
    • There’s always an interactive Q&A to make sure they get it.

3. Why the Demo is Important

  • The demo is our chance to show businesses how Referrizer will solve their pain points—whether it’s bringing in new clients, retaining current ones, or improving their online reputation.
  • After the demo, we want them to sign up and get started using Referrizer to grow their business.

4. Your Role as an Appointment Setter

  • Your job is to set up the demo with businesses that are looking to grow.
  • You’ll qualify the leads, schedule the demo, and make sure they understand that the demo will show them how Referrizer can help.
  • When the demo happens, your closers will take over, answer questions, and help convert them into paying customers.

5. Our Closers

  • We have a team of 4 closers who handle the demos:

    • Dave Nicolanti

They are responsible for conducting the demos and converting leads into customers.

6. Demo Scheduling

  • Demos are available Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
    Example available times:
    • 9:00 AM
    • 10:00 AM
    • 11:00 AM
  • You’ll work with the client to find a time that fits within these hours and schedule the demo accordingly.
