1. What’s the Pay?

    • 15% residual when the client pays 

2. When Can I Call?

    • From 9:00 AM EST to 9:00 PM EST.
    • We adjust for different time zones, calling Pacific Time leads later in the day.

3. Do You Provide Our Leads?

  • Answer:
    • Yes, we provide leads for you to call and qualify.

4. When Are the Trainings?

  • Answer:
    • Daily at 11:30 AM EST.
    • This will be your regular training time to improve your skills and knowledge.

5. How Soon Can I Start Calling?

  • Answer:
    • Starting tomorrow, when you are ready to begin.

6. How Am I Going to Know What’s Happening with My Leads?

  • Answer:
    • We have a CRM called vTiger that we will introduce in later training, where you can track your leads and appointments.

7. How Many Calls Do I Have to Make?

  • Answer:
    • You have the freedom to make as many calls as you want but is key to making sufficient to get 4 appointments.
    • Cold calling averages 20 people answering out of 100 calls.
    • As you progress, your contact rate will improve with callbacks.

8. How Do You Pay?

  • Answer:
    • We pay weekly:
      • From Wednesday to Tuesday, with payments sent on Wednesday and arriving by Thursday or Friday.
    • Payment methods:
      • PayPal, U.S. checking account, or Payoneer.
